Worse checkin experience ever, bad communications, no responsibility

(Posted on 17.07.2022 10:54:13 )We paid Sat-Sat and arrived only Monday morning, so scheduled to meet base manager early in the morning. He didn't show up for 3 hours, then took another 6 hours to complete papers. Didn't agree to do any check in, didn't show us where everything was, ordered us to sign the check-in docs with no review. When we found missing items (like a water hose...) - no effort to help us get them (we had to ask other boats to help). Worse company ever dealt with, recommend to avoid at all cost.
