Not maintained well but sails nicely

(Posted on 07/17/2022 10:51:00 )The yacht is not maintained well, torn curtains, charger alarms go off every 2 hours when anchoring, no water hose, swim deck broken, missing kitchen ware, and more and more. Only good point is she cruises nicely at 7.5 knots on 2500 rpm. We didn't even dare to open the main sail b/c we were afraid we wont be able to fold it back

Worse checkin experience ever, bad communications, no responsibility

(Posted on 07/17/2022 10:54:13 )We paid Sat-Sat and arrived only Monday morning, so scheduled to meet base manager early in the morning. He didn't show up for 3 hours, then took another 6 hours to complete papers. Didn't agree to do any check in, didn't show us where everything was, ordered us to sign the check-in docs with no review. When we found missing items (like a water hose...) - no effort to help us get them (we had to ask other boats to help). Worse company ever dealt with, recommend to avoid at all cost.
